Mushroom crusts
Difficulty: Simple
Time : 20 minutes
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 400gr of mushrooms. You can take different types of mushrooms
- 2 large onions
- 5dl fresh cream
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Bread : our half baguette or our 500gr white bread
Recipe
- Peel the onions and cut them finely.
- Wash the mushrooms and cut them finely.
- Pour oil into a pan and heat it.
- When the oil is hot, pour in the onions and brown them.
- Add the mushrooms. Stir regularly.
- When the mushrooms are immersed in juice and have reduced in volume, add the crème fraîche. Lower the temperature of the fire.
- Add the salt and the pepper. Mix well.
- Mix well.
Tip: Prepare the sauce in advance so that the taste of the mushrooms mixes well with the cream.
Serve: Cut slices of bread or cut the baguette in 2. Pour the cream over the bread.
Cheese crusts
Difficulty: Simple
Time : 30 minutes
Ingredients for 1 person
- Bread : our half baguette or our 500gr white bread
- Mustard
- Ham if not vegetarian
- 2 tomatos
- 1 small onion
- 60-70gr of cheese
Recipe
- Cut slices of bread or cut the baguette in 2.
- Spread mustard on the slices of bread.
- Possibly put ham (for non vegetarian).
- Cut the tomatoes finely and spread them on the bread.
- Peel the onions, cut them finely and spread them on the bread.
- Cover everything with cheese
- Put everything in an oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cook for another 5 minutes to 180 minutes but with the heat only up. In order to brown them.
Tip: You can add fried eggs on the top.
Serve: You can accompany your dish with a salad.
Pasta with tomato sauce
Difficulty: Simple
Time : 20 minutes
Ingredients for 4 persons
- A 500gr packet of pasta (penne, spaghetti, …)
- A 300gr jar of our tomato sauce
- Salt
- Oil
Recipe
- Fill a pot with water. Add 2 teaspoons of salt and a little oil. Boil water.
- When the water has boiled, lower the temperature and pour in the pasta.
- Heat the tomato sauce.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain it.
Serve: You can add grated cheese.
Pasta with bolognaise sauce
Difficulty: Simple
Time : 25 minutes
Ingredients for 4 persons
- A 500gr packet of pasta (penne, spaghetti, …)
- A 300gr jar of our tomato sauce
- 400gr of 400gr of minced meat (chicken, pork, buff)
- Salt
- Oil
Recipe
- Fill a pot with water. Add 2 teaspoons of salt and a little oil. Boil water.
- When the water has boiled, lower the temperature and pour in the pasta.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- When the oil is hot, cook the minced meat.
- Heat the tomato sauce and add the minced meat.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain it.
Serve: You can add grated cheese.
