Mushroom crusts

Time : 20 minutes

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 400gr of mushrooms. You can take different types of mushrooms
  • 2 large onions
  • 5dl fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • Bread : our half baguette or our 500gr white bread

Recipe

  1. Peel the onions and cut them finely.
  2. Wash the mushrooms and cut them finely.
  3. Pour oil into a pan and heat it.
  4. When the oil is hot, pour in the onions and brown them.
  5. Add the mushrooms. Stir regularly.
  6. When the mushrooms are immersed in juice and have reduced in volume, add the crème fraîche. Lower the temperature of the fire.
  7. Add the salt and the pepper. Mix well.
  8. Mix well.

Tip: Prepare the sauce in advance so that the taste of the mushrooms mixes well with the cream.

Serve: Cut slices of bread or cut the baguette in 2. Pour the cream over the bread.

 

Cheese crusts

Difficulty: Simple

Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients for 1 person

  • Bread : our half baguette or our 500gr white bread
  • Mustard
  • Ham if not vegetarian
  • 2 tomatos
  • 1 small onion
  • 60-70gr of cheese

Recipe

  1. Cut slices of bread or cut the baguette in 2.
  2. Spread mustard on the slices of bread.
  3. Possibly put ham (for non vegetarian).
  4. Cut the tomatoes finely and spread them on the bread.
  5. Peel the onions, cut them finely and spread them on the bread.
  6. Cover everything with cheese
  7. Put everything in an oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  8. Cook for another 5 minutes to 180 minutes but with the heat only up. In order to brown them.

Tip: You can add fried eggs on the top.

Serve: You can accompany your dish with a salad.

Pasta with tomato sauce

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • A 500gr packet of pasta (penne, spaghetti, …)
  • A 300gr jar of our tomato sauce
  • Salt
  • Oil

Recipe

  1. Fill a pot with water. Add 2 teaspoons of salt and a little oil. Boil water.
  2. When the water has boiled, lower the temperature and pour in the pasta.
  3. Heat the tomato sauce.
  4. When the pasta is cooked, drain it.

Serve: You can add grated cheese.

Pasta with bolognaise sauce

Difficulty: Simple

Time : 25 minutes

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • A 500gr packet of pasta (penne, spaghetti, …)
  • A 300gr jar of our tomato sauce
  • 400gr of 400gr of minced meat (chicken, pork, buff)
  • Salt
  • Oil

Recipe

  1. Fill a pot with water. Add 2 teaspoons of salt and a little oil. Boil water.
  2. When the water has boiled, lower the temperature and pour in the pasta.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. When the oil is hot, cook the minced meat.
  5. Heat the tomato sauce and add the minced meat.
  6. When the pasta is cooked, drain it.

Serve: You can add grated cheese.
